Black Annealed Wire
Black annealed wire is also called black iron wire, soft annealed wire and annealed iron wire.It includes annealed wire and black oiled wire.Annealed wire is obtained by means of thermal
annealing. It’s made of carbon steel wire. Annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness through the process of oxygen free annealing. And the black oiled wire is formed via the process of
wire-drawing, anneal, and fuel oil injection. We can do it into straight cutting wire and also do according to customers' special requirement.
Galvanized Wire
Galvanized Wire is made of high quality low carbon steel wire rod processing, is the use of high quality low carbon steel, after drawing forming, pickling rust removal, high temperature annealing, hot galvanized. It is processed by cooling and other technological processes.
Galvanized iron wire has good toughness and elasticity, and the maximum zinc content can reach 300 grams/square meter. It has the characteristics of thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance. Products are widely used in construction, handicrafts, wire mesh, highway guardrail, product packaging and daily civilian and other fields.
PVC Coated Wire
PVC Coated Wire is material with an additional layer of polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene on the surface of the annealed wire, galvanized wire and other materials. The coating layer is firmly and uniformly attached to the metal wire to form the features of anti-aging, anti-corrosion, anti-cracking, long life and other characteristics. PVC coated steel wire can be used in daily life binding and industrial tying as tying wire. PVC coated wire also can be used in wire hanger or handicraft production. Common colors available for PVC coated wire are green and black. Other colors are also available on request.
Stainless Steel Wire
Stainless steel wire is fabricated from an iron alloy that offers high resistance to corrosion, including staining and rusting, in many environments where spring or galvanized steel wire would typically degrade. Its performance properties, including corrosion resistance and strength, depend on its numerical grade. Type 304 stainless steel wire, also known as 18-8, is a general-purpose material that combines corrosion resistance, weldability, and formability, making it the most commonly used grade of stainless steel. The 316 stainless steel wire grade provides increased corrosion resistance compared to 304.
